Foundations for organizing the educational process

  1. General provisions

1.1. Founded by Sandler Koolituskeskus MTÜ (80407069) (hereinafter, owner) Sandler training center Koolituskeskus (hereinafter, the training center) bases its activities on the adult education law, the guidelines for the provision of additional adult education for institutions focused on continuing education, the guidelines for the preparation of the curriculum, the statute and the foundations of the organization of training.

1.2. The Learning Center organizes adult-oriented vocational supplementary and hobby education.

1.3. Study work takes place, as a rule, in suitable premises of the training center and in other hourly rented premises suitable for study work. Intraorganizational trainings are carried out by agreement at the premises of the customer of the training.

1.4. Educational work takes place in the form of training all year round. The volume of training is calculated in academic hours, where one academic hour is 45 minutes.

1.5. Training takes place mostly in the form of group training. In the case of individual training, classes are conducted according to an individual curriculum based on the needs of the student.

1.6 Educational work is conducted in Estonian, Russian or another language

1.9 Educational work is carried out in the form of a day or evening group.

1.10 The main document of training is the curriculum, which defines at least:
1.10.1 the name of the curriculum;
1.10.2 curriculum group;
1.10.3 purpose of training;
1.10.4 learning outcomes;
1.10.5 grounds for drawing up the program;
1.10.6 target group;
1.10.7 language of instruction;
1.10.8 conditions for the start of training, if they are prerequisites for achieving learning outcomes;
1.10.9 the total volume of training, including classroom, practical and independent parts;
1.10.10 the content of the study;
1.10.11 description of the learning environment;
1.10.12 teaching methods;
1.10.13 list of training materials, if training materials are provided for completing the training program

1.10.14 training requirements and outstanding documents;
1.10.15 description of qualifications, training or work experience required to complete the training

1.11 The Training Center reserves the right to make changes to the training schedule.

1.12 The curriculum and changes in the curriculum are certified by the training center.

  1. Collection and processing of personal data

2.1. The Learning Center collects the following student data: name, phone number and personal code. The personal code is used to issue a diploma or certificate. Personal data is processed in accordance with the law on the protection of personal data §6

  1. Registration of training and completion of the study group

3.1. Registration for training

3.1.1. Pre-registration is required for training. Registration is possible on the Internet (www.sctc.eu) by filling out the registration form along with the required data and sending it by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) or by phone (+ 372 6241253). Those who registered online can receive confirmation by e-mail. If necessary, it is possible to obtain information about the content or organizational part of the training by phone or via e-mail. In addition, if the person concerned so desires, the training center provides advice on finding suitable training.

3.1.2. The student has the right to obtain additional information from the Sandler contact persons Koolituskeskus , whose contacts are on the web page

3.2. Completion of the training group
3.2.1. The study group is assembled on the basis of the queue of those who have registered for training.
3.2.2. To start training, a list of persons participating in the training is created.
3.2.3. In the event that the training group is not filled, the Learning Center reserves the right to cancel the training or shift it in time until the group is filled. Registered students are notified as soon as possible of a shift or cancellation of training. The unused amount paid for the failed training is returned to the registered person or, if desired, transferred as a participation fee to another training.

  1. Getting Started and Participating

4.1 Students who are enrolled in a study group and have paid the tuition fee or who have provided an endorsement letter from the organization/institution may begin their studies.

4.2 The participant certifies participation in the training work at the first meeting on the registration sheet by signing on the registration sheet the contract regulating the relations of the training center given here.

  1. The order of graduation and deductions

5.1 The student is taken to training at the request of the student or the parent / guardian or when the training is ordered by the client company. Upon admission to the training center, between the representative of the center and the student / parent / guardian / representative of the client company, a training agreement, which includes the name of the lecturer, the time of study, duration, place, the amount of tuition fees and payment terms.

5.2 The student is expelled from training in case of his own will, non-payment of the bill or in case of violation of the terms of the contract. Each such case is considered by the training center separately.

5.3 The student has completed the chosen study if he/she has passed the appropriate test, credit or examination (based on the curriculum).

5.4 Upon successful completion of the final test, credit or examination, the student who graduates receives a Täiskasvanute diploma Koolituskeskus . The certificate is issued to the student if the required learning outcomes were not achieved, but the student took part in the educational work. The certificate is issued according to the number of contact lessons attended, but when attending at least half of the classroom lessons.
5.5 In order to receive feedback on training, students who have completed training fill out a questionnaire at the end of the course, the completion of which is anonymous and not mandatory.

6.1. Approval of the tuition fee, exemption from it and the procedure and basis for issuing teaching aids

6.1.1. The size of the training fee is approved by the management of Sandler Koolituskeskus . We reserve the right to set tuition waivers and determine tuition benefits.

6.1.2. The training fee is calculated by the training leader, project managers and training center leaders and certified by management.

6.1.3. The obligation to pay is established by an agreement between the student or his legal representative and the training center.

6.1.4. The amount of the tuition fee specified in the contract, the methods of its calculation, the procedure and deadlines for payment, as well as other conditions established by the law on special education. Clients with whom training agreements have been concluded resolve issues related to tuition fees based on the terms of the agreement. Clients with whom a training agreement has not been concluded resolve issues related to tuition fees based on the grounds for organizing the educational process.

6.1.5. The training center may receive a targeted allowance from state institutions interested in training in this area.

6.1.6. The conditions for exemption from the tuition fee or for receiving a discount on it are considered and certified by the council of the training center.

6.1.7. The tuition fee is paid on the basis of the invoice before the start of the training. The invoice is sent by email. The invoice must be paid by the deadline indicated in it.

6.1.8. It is possible to pay for training in parts, which are determined by a separate agreement with the payer.

6.1.9. Tuition is paid according to the details specified in the invoice. The invoice can be received by e-mail or post.

6.2. Refusal to study.

6.2.1. If the registered person does not have the opportunity to participate in the training, then the training center must be notified on working days (from Monday to Friday) during the working hours of the center (10:00 - 18:00) by e-mail ( This email address is being protected from spambots. 6.2.2. Upon notification of the refusal to study at the training center 7 days before the start of training, the tuition fee will be refunded in full. In the event that the training center has incurred upfront costs for the preparation of the training (acquisition of materials for training, etc. ), these costs are deducted from the total amount.

6.2.3. If you are notified of the refusal of training 1 day before its start, the training fee is not refundable.

6.2.4. If the student paid the prepayment invoice and later refuses to study for reasons beyond the control of the training center, then the prepayment is not refundable.

6.2.5. Paid prepayment and tuition fees can be transferred to another training.

6.3. Training interruption

6.3.1. Tuition fees are non-refundable if the course is interrupted. If there is a significant reason for interrupting training (health problems, a business trip, etc. ), then the student can join the next group.

  1. Rights and obligations of the student

7.1. The student has the right:

  • receive the training provided for in the curriculum in accordance with the chosen course, the stipulated number of hours, place and time after paying for the studies.
  • receive messages regarding the organization and program of study;
  • apply other rights approved by the educational agreement;
  • receive a diploma upon successful completion of the final test, exam or test.

7.2. The student must:

  • t act in case of an emergency (fire, accident, explosion, etc. ) in accordance with the instructions of the training center and the management of the employees of the training center;
  • to store the training aids carefully issued to him and to take care of the property of the training center;
  • o Be correct and friendly towards students, teachers and other employees staying at the training center, behave in accordance with generally recognized standards of conduct;
  • pay the invoice on time and in accordance with the amount reflected in the invoice;

7.2.4. The relationship between the student and the teacher is regulated by the relevant contract.

  1. Issued documents

8.1. Each participant of additional training is given a diploma or a certificate.

8.2. Certificate issuance procedure:

  • for participation in training, a certificate is issued to the participant if during the training there was no assessment of the achievement of learning goals or the student did not achieve the necessary learning goals.

8.3. The procedure for issuing a diploma:

  • A diploma of completion of studies is issued if during the course of study there was an assessment of the achievement of learning outcomes and the student achieved the desired learning outcomes.

8.4. The diploma/certificate is signed by the current head of the training center or head of training.

8.5. If a diploma is lost or damaged, a duplicate can be issued at the request of a person who has completed training (for an additional fee).

  1. Lecturer Qualification Requirements

9.1. Lecturers must have a higher professional education and an andragogical education or be actively involved in the field taught and have relevant experience that can be proven.

  1. Dispute resolution procedure

10.1. The right to file a complaint (orally and / or in writing) is with the clients and partners of the training center.

10.2. Suggestions and complaints are discussed during the discussion, conflicts and misunderstandings are resolved through negotiations.

10.3. Suggestions and complaints are taken into account when organizing the work of the training center and when drawing up an action plan.

10.4. Anonymous suggestions and complaints are not registered and are not considered in the general order.

10.5. Disputes between the learning center and the student/lecturer, as well as dissenting opinions regarding the work of the learning center, are resolved primarily through discussion. If the disagreements that have arisen cannot be resolved by negotiations, the conflict is resolved in court.

  1. Application provisions

11.1. The order of the basics of organizing the educational process Sandler Koolituskeskus MTÜ is valid from 01/01/2020.
